OMG its been 6 months since I started my journey. Yes I know I haven’t put in as much effort as I have wanted, but I have learned a lot. I will def put all that into the next 6 months so that I can reach my goal weight by new years!

Weight: 199 (-11 lbs)
Waist: 47 (-3 in)
Hips: 44 3/4 (-1 3/4 in)
Bust: (ACROSS) 43 1/2 (-1/2 in) (UNDER) 37 (same)
Arms: (LEFT) 13 1/2 (-1 in) (RIGHT) 12 3/4 (-3/4 in)
Thighs: (LEFT) 26 1/2 (-1/2 in) (RIGHT) 26 1/2 (-1 1/2 in)
Calves: (LEFT) 15 (-1/2 in) (RIGHT) 15 1/2 (-1/2 in)
Those are not the numbers I was quite hoping for the 1st 6 months, but that is a total of 10 inches off of my body! I can’t complain about the loss cuz anything is better than a gain!
So what do I have planned for the next 6 months…..
Well I have 41 lbs to lose to get where I need to be by new years! So working out more is definitely a MUST!! Going to pay attention more to what I eat and my portions. Being more active outdoors as well! Going to take the rest of the week off to plan and gain focus…once I return from Tennessee this weekend it is gonna be game time!! Wish me luck!!
